          Position can be located at either D-H Bedford, NH or D-H Lebanon, NH

          At the direction of the Director of Compensation, but working independently, perform job analysis and interpretation of market information for the purpose of developing competitive salary structures. Provide guidance to members of management regarding compensation policies and processes. Assist with the design, development and administration of the system’s wage and salary program(s) and the application of State and Federal labor laws.

          MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in a Human Resource area or Business Administration or significant related experience with a minimum of 3 years of Compensation experience required. Strong knowledge of State and Federal labor laws required. Strong analytical, presentation and PC skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
