Physician- BLOOD AND MARROW TRANSPLANT PROGRAM
The Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic and the Geisel
School of Medicine, an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, is seeking qualified physician applicants at the Assistant or Associate Professor Level to join the faculty of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical/academic hematologist/oncologist with prior experience managing benign hematology, Hematologic malignancies, and bone marrow transplantation. The selected physician is expected to participate in the education of medical students, residents and fellows and initiate and conduct innovative clinical trials for Hematopoietic stem cell transplant diseases.
The program is fully accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), Center for
International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) and is a member of the Radiation Injury Treatment Network (RITN). Completion of an approved Fellowship in Hematology and BC/BE in Hematology is required. Clinical experience in the care of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant patients is also essential.
