          Frisbie Memorial Hospital RN- Oncology/Hematology in Rochester New Hampshire United States

          Job Details:

          As a RN on our Oncology/Hematology unit you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to include (Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, Rehabilitative Therapy, Dietary and Social Services) in the provision of individualized care management of oncology or hematology patients. You will provide excellent customer service to patients, families, physicians and peer.

          *
          Administers injections, IV, IM, SC, starts IV therapy, administers chemotherapy, performs venipuncture and therapeutic phlebotomies as indicated by the physician. Responsible for maintaining IV access site and care of ports of entry for IV therapy (e.g., regular IV’s, portacaths, Hickman Catheters, PICC lines, etc.). Removes sutures, cleans wounds and applies dressings as indicated.
          Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire. Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a clinical setting. BCLS certified.
